Holding my breath for Parks and Rec news. Will not be content with a 13 episode season. Will not accept that. Mike Schur and the cast deserve better than this.

Prayer circle.

The dopest little shawty in all Pawnee, Indiana: IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT WRITING AN EMAIL TO NBC READ BELOW.

knopeknows-best:

Okay, I am going to leave an email link at the bottom of the page that is an email address for viewer feedback. If you love, 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation and Community please send an email and have your voice heard. We can change things. We can let them know that we don’t want this and we need…

I sent an email. I basically said that if NBC chooses to shorten Parks’ season, I will choose to not support the network—that is, not tune into any of their new shows. So yeah, an ultimatum. Everyone should do the same.

NBC Pilot Updates

NBC will officially announce its fall line-up next Monday, 14th.

Already Picked up:

Comedies: Go On (starring Matthew Perry), Save Me (starring Anne Heche), New Normal (Ryan Murphy), Animal Practice (Justin Kirk), 1600 Penn (starring Bill Pullman, First Family comedy) *All are single cam*

Dramas: Revolution (JJ Abrams, apocalyptic drama),  Chicago Fire (starring Jesse Spencer, Firefighter drama), Hannibal (Bryan Fuller)

Near certain pick ups: County (Jason Katims, medical drama), DILFS/Guys With Kids (Jimmy Fallon, multi-cam comedy)

Strong Contention: Notorious (murder mystery drama),  Do No Harm (modern day Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde drama), Daddy’s Girls/Table for Three (multi-camera comedy),

Comments: NBC is expected to order about 6 new comedies and 4-5 new dramas. On the comedy front, things are looking very bleak for Whitney and Up All Night. Community, 30 Rock, PnR, The Office will all be renewed, but full season orders for all four shows will be unlikely).

Bus Tour thoughts

I thought tonight’s episode was the funniest episode back from hiatus. I also love when Donna and Jerry are integrated in story lines; they are hilarious yet under-utilized.  I think Chris should move to DC with Jennifer Barkley and reinvigorate his life there. That would definitely give more time for everyone in the ensemble to shine.  Oh, and I think Leslie is going to win. Frankly I REALLY miss Leslie interacting with the Parks Department.  Less Ben/Leslie and more Leslie/Parks Dept. for me.
